In the Neuchâtel Region, the first signs of spring are already in the air – and the flavours of the region are inviting you to the table. The tradition of Non-Filtré (the first Swiss wine of the year) continues in the canton’s wine cellars, where this emblematic Chasselas can be discovered directly with local winemakers.
In March, Neuchâtel’s flavours also travel across Switzerland with the Neuchâtel Vins et Terroir Roadshow. From 23 to 27 March 2026, the canton’s winemakers will stop in Zurich, Lucerne, Basel, Bern and Fribourg, offering convivial tastings that showcase Neuchâtel AOC wines and regional specialities. A wonderful opportunity to share the spirit of the Pays de Neuchâtel far beyond its borders.
To extend the culinary experience of the Festin Neuchâtelois, which has just come to an end, Tourisme neuchâtelois Food Tours invite you to discover the region in a different way throughout the year:
