In the Neuchâtel region, winter is a time to savour! The tradition of unfiltered wine – the first Swiss wine of the year – continues in the canton’s cellars, where you can discover this iconic Chasselas directly from the winegrowers themselves.
The highlight of March is the “Festin Neuchâtelois”, on 7 and 8 March. On Saturday 7, a walk allows you to meet local producers and artisans. On Sunday, partner restaurants showcase regional specialities through the Festin menu adapted to their own menus. A festive weekend to discover the canton through taste.
To prolong the experience, Tourisme Neuchâtelois’ Food Tours invite you to savour the region in a different way all year round:
