Enjoyed in winter, the Treber sausage is regarded as one of the specialties of Lake Biel.

The winegrowers of the Lake Biel wine-growing region look forward to your visit. They extend a warm welcome to you for an aperitif, wine tasting and culinary delights. In addition, from January to mid-March, many estates serve the traditional ‘Treberwurst’ in their ‘Carnotzets’. This sausage, cooked in the still during the distillation of marc, is served with potato salad, gratin or simply with a hearty slice of bread. Booking is essential.
