An iconic wine of the Canton of Neuchâtel, Œil de Perdrix is a delicate rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes. Created in Neuchâtel in the 19th century, it is now renowned far beyond the canton’s borders for its freshness, elegance and subtle copper hue. This year, Œil de Perdrix celebrates its 165th anniversary and unveils a refreshed image, providing a wonderful opportunity to highlight this unique winemaking expertise and the winegrowers who keep the tradition alive. Holders of the Neuchâtel Tourist Card can choose one of the eight partner wineries and enjoy a complimentary tasting of a glass of Œil de Perdrix. For guests under the age of 16 or those who do not drink alcohol, a non-alcoholic alternative is available.

In Switzerland, alcohol tasting is reserved for persons aged 16 and over, or according to the legislation of your country of origin.
