This 90-minute workshop enables you to put yourself in the shoes of a master chocolatier, learning refined techniques to make a special cocoa bar, truffles and pralines and a spread.
Immerse yourself in the art of fine chocolate making during a 1.5-hour gourmet workshop which enables you to discover the methods and techniques of a renowned chocolatier. After an introduction, you learn how to crystallise chocolate on marble and then how to mould a special cocoa bar. You then set about making four fine chocolate truffles and pralines, packing them by hand in a box. The final flourish to your workshop: you make your own spread.

- A minimum of 2 participants is required for the tasting "Maître chocolatier" to take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be informed by email one day before the workshop and will automatically be reimbursed using the method of payment you used when booking.
