FELCO Tour: immerse yourself in living industrial heritage, with an exhibition and a guided tour behind the scenes of the factory.
In the heart of Val-de-Ruz, FELCO invites visitors to discover its unique industrial heritage. The museum traces the evolution of modern pruning shears, a symbol of Swiss innovation. A guided tour takes visitors behind the scenes of the factory, accompanied by the people who craft each tool. Hands-on workshops teach visitors how to maintain, sharpen and customise their pruning shears. An immersive journey into the heart of excellence in craftsmanship.

- Children: free for children under 8 years old (under parental supervision)
- Company premises: the tour includes several trips around the company premises and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. For safety reasons, all visitors must wear flat, comfortable, fully enclosed shoes. Some floors may be slippery.
- Late arrivals: The tour starts at 9:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. sharp. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. Please note that late arrivals will unfortunately not be able to join the tour once it has started.
- Unforeseen events: Any unforeseen event related to the organisation and internal functioning of the company may lead to the cancellation of the tour and a refund.
- Animals: not allowed
- Groups: for groups of more than 10 people, tours are available, by prior reservation, on Tuesdays at 2:20 p.m. and Thursdays at 9:20 a.m.
