New measures have been taken by the Neuchâtel government to stop the spread of the virus. They are effective from 4 November 2020.

- Closure of restaurants, bars and nightclubs
However, take-away sales and home delivery are still permitted. Find the list of restaurants offering these services here

- Closure of cultural venues such as museums and art galleries, theatres, concert halls and cinemas

- Closure of entertainment and leisure facilities such as fitness centres, wellness centres (with the exception of hotels' own wellness facilities for their own guests), erotic lounges, swimming pools, bowling alleys and other game rooms

- Demonstrations and gatherings, public or private, including within the family circle, both inside and outside, bringing together more than 5 persons are prohibited (except for households of more than 5 persons)

- Masks must be worn in enclosed spaces, but also in public spaces when there is a high concentration of people and when distances cannot be respected
