A NICE STORY AND A GREAT MENU

St. Martin is a festival of peasant origin that takes place every year in mid-November. It is a festival very close to the hearts of the people of the Jura who, on this occasion, like to show a piece of their homeland to their friends from other areas. It is a festival where conviviality, authenticity and typical flavours play the leading role.

The menu is composed as follows:
·         Bouillon
·         Aspic
·         Cream pudding
·         Boiled pork
·         Grilled meats
·         Garnished sauerkraut
·         Pork roast
·         Toetché
·         Damassine sorbet and other delicacies...
