Only sustainable products from a radius of around 50 km arrive at the table of the old compass factory. Ecluse thereby does without distributors and purchases the products directly from the producers. The garden contains raised beds with homegrown products, compost for recycling, and fire rings as well as barbecue areas for an unforgettable experience. The motto is: from the soil to the plate and back to the soil!
