A superb waterfall made famous by the writer Jean-Jacques Rousseau.

Ten minutes' walk outside of Môtiers village, a thundering waterfall plunges down from the mountain. Next to it is a natural cavern that can be entered from the bottom of the waterfall: a real treat for cavers. A refreshing but wild spot that was a particular favourite of Jean-Jacques Rousseau during his stay at Môtiers.
