Set up in 1993 by a group of friends whose aim was to breathe new life into a region that is rather "off the beaten track", this festival has grown in size over the years, but has stayed small enough to keep the human touch and to feature an unusual programme that showcases new discoveries. A welcoming ambience is guaranteed.
