Prehistoric pile-dwelling sites featured on UNESCO's World Heritage List.
These prehistoric remains of lake villages are a registered UNESCO World Heritage Site. Because they are submerged in the waters of the lake, they are largely invisible – but you can still discover the secrets they hold at the Laténium museum in Hauterive, or with the help of a mobile app.
