Twanner Weinstrasse is a small wine festival held along the Vineyard Trail above Twann. Twelve winegrowing families from the region present their wines and invite visitors to taste them. The stands are set among the vineyards, which turn vibrant colours in autumn. With views across Lake Biel to the Alps, it is an ideal setting to discover Lake Biel wines right where they are produced.

    • The Wine route takes place in the vineyard above Twann.
    • Tasting glass for CHF 20.- available.
    • The Räbebeizli from the "Gaichtberg" spoils all visitors with regional specialities.
    • Our tip: Make the journey part of the experience and travel to the wine festival by boat. The cruise across Lake Biel, with views of the vineyards, is the perfect way to get into the festive spirit. Timetables are available under “Links & PDFs”.
