The funicular bring the visitors high above Biel.
Leaving Biel the funicular take you to the hights. Once you arrive at the top, you should certainly take the time to enjoy the view of Biel/Bienne and Lake Biel. Evilard is departure point for beautiful walks like the mystic Taubenloch gorges.

- From Monday 5 August 2024 to Friday 9 August 2024, the funicular will not be running due to overhaul and maintenance work. In its place, a bus will run every 30 minutes between the old town stop and the Funi Evilard top station. You can check the timetable at the stations or at www.vb-tpb.ch and www.cff.ch. Please note that it will not be possible to transport bicycles on the replacement bus.
