Discover the Œil de Perdrix from the Neuchâtel Region
The Oeil de Perdrix, an emblematic wine of the Canton of Neuchâtel, is a delicate rosé made from
Pinot Noir grapes. Created in Neuchâtel in the 19th century, it is now renowned far beyond the
canton's borders for its freshness, elegance and subtle copper hue. This year, the Oeil de Perdrix
celebrates its 165th anniversary and unveils a refreshed image - a wonderful opportunity to highlight
this unique winemaking expertise and the winegrowers who continue to preserve and promote this
tradition.
Holders of the Neuchâtel Tourist Card can enjoy a complimentary glass of Œil de Perdrix in one of the
12 partner restaurants. For guests under the age of 16 or those who do not consume alcohol, a non-
alcoholic alternative is available.
