- With a visitor parking permit, you are allowed to park in Neuchâtel on paid parking spaces with a time limit of more than 30 minutes as well as in the blue zones
- Public parking spaces with unlimited duration are subject to a fee from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The first 30 minutes are free, as well as on Sundays and public holidays
