Discovery Day in Fairyland

Departure from Neuchâtel aboard the Nostalgie train: enjoy a coffee and a croissant while admiring the wild scenery along the “Franco-Swiss” line, which runs through the Areuse Gorge and the Creux du Van region.
Upon arrival in La Presta-Travers, you will have the opportunity to visit the asphalt mines and taste the famous ham cooked in asphalt.
In the afternoon, the Val-de-Travers steam train will take you to its depot in St-Sulpice. The Nostalgie train will then take you to Môtiers for a visit to the Absinthe House (Maison de l’Absinthe).
Return to Neuchâtel by the regular SBB train.
