This 75-minute workshop invites you to explore the fascinating history of cocoa and to make your own chocolate bars and single origin hot chocolate.
Come and experience a unique taste adventure at Jacot Haute Chocolaterie. After an introduction to the history and production process of chocolate, from the bean to the bar, it is time to put it into practice: you make your own chocolate bar, with the covering of your choice produced in Môtiers. You then move on to a more complex step by making a bar with filling. Finally, you prepare your Haute Chocolaterie hot chocolate and enjoy its delicate flavours.

- Learning to recognise special cocoa and the selection process
- Following the various stages of cocoa bean processing
- Learning the technique of crystallising chocolate on marble and moulding your very own bar, along with another bar filled with original ganache
