- Conditions / supplements
- The season ticket cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded. This also applies in the event of suspension or adaptation of services due to force majeure (weather, official measures, etc.).
- The season ticket is valid for the following periods: BSG: from 18 February to 8 December 2024 LNM: from 12 April to 20 October 2024
- The season ticket is personal, non-transferable and valid only on presentation of a valid form of identification.
- The season ticket is valid on all BSG and LNM boats operating according to the timetable on Lakes Neuchâtel, Morat, Biel and Aare.
- The season ticket is only valid for regular services on the LNM and BSG networks. It is not valid for special cruises (theme cruises, events, boat hire) and no discounts are granted.
- Please note that your purchase confirmation is not valid as a ticket. When boarding, you will need to present your physical season ticket, which will be sent to you by post in the days following your online purchase.
