- Conditions / supplements
- The subscription cannot be extended, exchanged, or refunded. This also applies in case of suspension or adaptation of services due to force majeure (weather, government measures, etc.).
- The subscription is valid for the following periods:
- BSG: 1st March to 6th December 2026
- LNM: from April 3th to October 18th, 2026
- The subscription is personal, non-transferable, and only valid upon presentation of a valid ID.
- The subscription is valid on all BSG and LNM boats operating according to the schedule on Lakes Neuchâtel, Morat, Biel, and on the Aare.
- The subscription is only valid for regular routes of the LNM and BSG networks. It is not valid for special cruises (themed, events, boat rental), and no discounts are provided.
- Please note that your purchase confirmation is not valid as a transport ticket. Upon boarding, you will need to present your physical subscription, which will be sent to you by mail in the days following your online purchase.
