GUEST CARD FOR TRANSPORT AND ACTIVITIES
The Neuchâtel Tourist Card, known as the NTC, is a guest card issued free of charge and automatically sent to all persons (adults and children) staying at least one night in a hotel or parahotel establishment (campground, bed and breakfast, holiday apartment or house, and group accommodation) in the Canton of Neuchâtel.The Neuchâtel Tourist Card makes your stay easier!
With the NTC, you can enjoy around forty activities and free public transport throughout the Canton of Neuchâtel for the entire duration of your stay.
HOW TO OBTAIN AND USE THE NEUCHÂTEL TOURIST CARD (NTC)
All persons staying in an official tourist accommodation in the Canton of Neuchâtel (hotel, campground, bed and breakfast, holiday apartment or group accommodation) automatically receive the NTC after completing their reservation.
- A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email from [email protected] inviting you to complete the information required to issue your guest card. If you do not receive an email, please contact your accommodation provider.
- Click on the link in the email and complete the required information to obtain your guest card (first name, last name and date of birth for each person included in the reservation).
- Once this information has been completed, you will be able to access your guest card directly from your smartphone via our WebApp. Not comfortable using a smartphone or without mobile data? No problem: you can also download your guest card in PDF format, print it or send it by email.
- To use it, simply present your personal guest card (paper or digital format) at the entrance to the activities included in the NTC.
Using public transport is just as easy: board the train, bus or funicular and travel free of charge throughout the Canton of Neuchâtel. Please present your guest card together with an identity document in case of inspection.

With the Neuchâtel Tourist Card, travel free of charge on all buses, trains, funiculars, trams and postbuses in the canton of Neuchâtel. The Neuchâtel Tourist Card is valid in the Onde Verte zones (10, 11, 14, 15, 20, 21, 30, 31, 32, 33, 65 and 66). To use it, simply present your “transport QR code” and an ID in case of inspection.
