In the middle of the mysterious land of absinthe, the magnificent waterfall of Môtiers and the beautiful forest hike in the Poëta-Raisse gorge.
Not far from the charming village of Môtiers and its Absinthe House, the Rousseau waterfall and its eponymous cave mark the beginning of a hike full of contrasts. This is where the gorge trail begins, through a series of ravines and waterfalls. A setting worthy of the land of absinthe, from which a fairy could well emerge... A green alpine landscape follows on the descent to Fleurier.

- Due to forestry work taking place from 17 June to 10 July 2026, the final section of the gorge will be closed for the entire duration of the works, including evenings and weekends
- The gorges are closed in winter from November 1st until April 30th
