This literary walk dedicated to Robert Walser offers the opportunity to get to know Biel by means of several texts by the author.

The walk consists of 9 posts, each corresponding to a stage of Robert Walser's life: his childhood, school years, his attempts to gain a foothold as an actor, his life as a writer, his return to Biel, his bad luck in love, his walks, the torments he suffered and his farewell to literature.

Each post is marked with a panel containing a text by the author in which he describes the place based on his experiences and from his point of view. The texts can also be listened to, thanks to QR codes on each post that redirect to a corresponding recording.

To listen to the texts, you can simply point your smartphone camera at the board and scan the QR code. Four artists from Biel read the texts: the writers Rolf Herman and Antoine Joly and the actresses Pascale Güdel and Isabelle Freymond.
