- The tour covers all six floors of the tower and includes steep, narrow stairs that are not suitable for people with reduced mobility
- The lift leading to the prison tower is open every day from 6.30am to 7pm and until 8.30pm on Thursdays. Entrances on Rue de l'Evole (opposite No. 13) and Rue Jehanne-de-Hochberg 3
