Production of 6 types of cheese and various dairy products.

We are currently a small family business, with a simple, artisanal structure. We have 9 producers who bring us just over 1,000,000 kg of milk per year. For reasons of capacity, we transform about 750,000 kg of milk into cheese and dairy products. This represents about 75 tons of cheese per year. The rest of the milk is taken over by a cheese-making colleague.
