Hasenburg Leisure Trail

The Hasenburg Leisure Trail invites you to explore an area steeped in history, situated between Lake Biel, Lake Neuchâtel and Lake Murten. The Schaltenrain has always been an important crossroads, marked by numerous archaeological remains.

Follow a well-maintained trail to trace the footsteps of the Lords of Fenis and discover the remains of their imposing medieval castle, as well as a necropolis dating from the Iron Age. Several interactive stations are dotted along the route, allowing you to learn more about these two sites, which are classified as cultural heritage sites of national importance.
