The historic organ is 250 years old!
The new Ensemble Hémiole enthusiastically performs pieces from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. The musicians will bring the streets to life and enter the collegiate church, where they will invite the organ to dance!

1776: With great skill, Jaque Besançon brought to life a Franco-Alsatian instrument with a remarkable sound. 2026: The history of Jaque Besançon’s organ is intertwined with History itself. It has weathered 250 years of vicissitudes, doubts, and political and religious conflicts. Celebrating its 250th anniversary means celebrating the passing on and preservation of our heritage. It also means celebrating the culture and spirituality associated with it. With poetry and panache, it continues to enchant the surroundings. On 24 and 25 October, an entire weekend is dedicated to it: concerts, guided tours, a show, entertainment, a church service…
