Family-run vineyard in Twann, hand-cultivated and biodynamic, with tastings on request in May-June and November-December.

In Twann, on the shores of Lake Biel, Anne-Claire Schott has been cultivating the family vineyard since 2016. With a background in art history and sociology, she brings a cultural perspective to her craft. Her 4.5 hectares of steep vineyards are entirely hand-tended, following biodynamic principles. This mindful approach is reflected in the Demeter certification. Just outside the village, visitors discover a place where terroir, craftsmanship and biodiversity come together.
