Welcome to the Centre Albert Anker

The Centre Albert Anker in Ins includes the gently renovated historic home of the Anker family with the artist’s studio, as well as a newly built art pavilion in the garden. The pavilion serves as a venue for temporary exhibitions and for the conservation of the collection.

As an artist’s house, the Centre Albert Anker offers a comprehensive insight into Albert Anker’s artistic and cultural work within the context of his time. Since June 2024, it has been welcoming visitors and aims to keep the legacy of this beloved Swiss painter alive in the present day.
