-Restaurants with the label "Fait maison"

These are restaurants that have been awarded the GastroSuisse "Homemade" label by the Foundation for the Promotion of Taste, Slow Food CH, and the Consumer Organisation of French-speaking Switzerland (FRC). This label is awarded on a voluntary basis to restaurants whose dishes are prepared entirely or largely in their own kitchen without the use of pre-cooked dishes and products.
