A touch of truffle, a glass of Vully wine… and a cellar full of charm: the perfect recipe for a delicious experience. Held during Murten’s Truffle Market, this tasting workshop features five wines from Cave du Vieux Praz, guided by winemaker Christophe Dupasquier and the sommelier of the Murtenhof & Krone Hotel.
Each wine is paired with a small dish, all enhanced with truffle, creating a series of carefully crafted flavour combinations. Between stories, tips and sensory exploration, participants discover the delicate harmony between local wine and this exceptional ingredient.
