THE MURTEN LIGHT FESTIVAL CELEBRATES ITS 10TH ANNIVERSARY
In 2026, the Murten Light Festival will celebrate its tenth edition. Each winter, the old town transforms into an enchanting trail of projections, light installations and a warm winter atmosphere. For this anniversary edition, the lakeshore and the medieval lanes will once again glow with vibrant light.
Beyond the festival itself, other experiences extend the magic. The Circuit Secret Morat Lumières offers a unique journey through six hidden locations in the town, each revealed through poetic and luminous scenography. On the culinary side, Dine and Light invites guests to enjoy a meal enhanced by animated projections and comes in two versions: The Fantastic Journey, a five-course dinner in a fully immersive 360° room, and the Chalet Experience, a light-themed fondue served in a private chalet.
