For three years now, the Andrey winery in Schafis has been offering a special culinary experience with a selection of homemade tapas made from regional produce. Enjoy lunch in the charming caveau or on the magnificent sun terrace with breathtaking views of Lake Biel and St. Peter's Island.
Whether foccacia with hummus, aubergine caviar and feta, antipasti, vintner's board, empanadas or crispy chicken - all dishes are freshly prepared. The tapas are served in bowls in the centre of the table, creating a convivial atmosphere in the style of a tavolata. So everyone can help themselves as they please. Carefully selected house wines from the winery are served with this delicious meal.
