Starting from Grandfontaine and passing by the Caves of Réclère.

"At this time of year in Haute-Ajoie, the earth yields its most precious treasure to us: grain. A little piece of heaven for nature lovers... All the way along this ornithological trail, the linnets walk in groups, while the finches and siskins surround us. Some chirrup quietly, while others sing noisy tunes as a prelude to our departure. Experiencing all of that in the company of friends is just fantastic. "After effort comes comfort"; the way we tucked into the delicious meal at Roche d'Or may have given the cook and cellarman something to worry about. The "Roche d'Or - les Grottes de Réclère" stretch offers an extraordinary view of Ajoie and France right next door. Of course, we didn't miss the chance to visit the caves and the Préhisto-Parc. This idyllic place is certainly worth a trip. We were in a great mood on the way back from Damvant to Grandfontaine. Believe me, I will be encouraging other friends to discover this place and I hope all hikers are as happy as we were."
