The Mont des Cerfs gîte, at an altitude of 1235 m, in its typical setting in the heart of pastures, is ideal for a gourmet stopover both in summer and in winter. It is open all year round except from mid-November to mid-December and from mid-March to mid-April.

The Mont des Cerfs gîte, a former cheese factory, is located in the heart of the Jura pastures. It offers a warm and authentic atmosphere to passing guests. It is close to hiking trails in summer and cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails in winter.

Its specialties are Bressane and Burgundian fondues or meats on slate. The ice creams (vanilla, raspberry, mocha and chocolate) as well as the absinthe parfait are homemade.

New for 2023: The Mont des Cerfs gîte has inaugurated its brand new pétanque court. Pétanque ball and jack available at the restaurant.

Summer hours 6/7: Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Winter opening hours 5/7: Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 10pm.
