The Night Trail offers a unique experience: running by the light of your headlamps along wild trails, through deep forests, over gentle ridges and past the silhouettes of spruce trees. Spanning 10 km, this accessible yet challenging route provides an unforgettable sensory immersion, where the sounds of the night replace the noise of the day, and where the physical exertion brings out new emotions.

Whether you’re seeking a personal challenge, your first night-time experience or a chance to share the adventure with friends, this trail is sure to surprise you.

Please wear trail running shoes suitable for mixed terrain.

    • Free on-site car park available
    • 2 refreshment stations: one halfway along the route (drinks only) and one at the finish line (food and drinks).
    • Time cut-off: 9.30 pm
    • Changing rooms and showers available for participants – Sports Hall at the Vallée de Joux Sports Centre
    • Refreshments and food available on site (heated area for runners and supporters)

    • Chalet at the Vallée de Joux Sports Centre
    • Welcome for participants, practical information, access to changing rooms and refreshments.
    • 6.50 pm:
    • Group warm-up and briefing
    • Presentation of race instructions and guided preparation before the start.
    • 7.00 pm:
    • Race start
    • Upon arrival:
    • Post-race meal: Fondue + dessert (25 CHF – to be booked when you register). Meal also open to supporters.
    • 8.45 pm:
    • Prize-giving ceremony
