Restaurant du Jura in the small village of Chevroux near Lake Neuchâtel focuses on regional specialties. The fourth generation of owners offers refined dishes based on fish and meat as well as seasonal suggestions.
This family restaurant has existed in the lakeside village of Chevroux near Lake Neuchâtel and the Grande Cariçaie nature reserve since 1900. It offers a varied menu card combining tradition and modernity with an emphasis on fish from Lake Neuchâtel, meats, other seasonal suggestions and game specialties in autumn.
Chef Olivier Marmier and his wife Annick offer three gourmet menus on the theme of tradition, gourmandise and gastronomy. The restaurant also has a vast selection of wines: from the region to prestigious vintages. Its beautiful shaded terrace allows you to enjoy a delicious meal outside.
