Named ‘Chef of the Year’ by GaultMillau in 2012 and having received numerous accolades from the Michelin Guide, Chef Maryline Nohazic has built her restaurant’s reputation and shares her passion for refined cuisine. In summer, guests can enjoy her specialities on a shaded terrace offering breathtaking views of Lake Neuchâtel and the Jura Mountains.

Part bistro, part restaurant, La Table de Mary (16 Gault & Millau points and 1 Michelin star), situated in the hills above Yverdon-les-Bains, offers a seasonal set menu every lunchtime, prepared with fresh market produce. In the evening, guests can put together their own menu according to their preferences. Maryline Nohazic carries on a tradition of refined and creative cuisine in a friendly setting, offering excellent value for money.

In summer, the flower-filled terrace overlooking Lake Neuchâtel and the adjoining playground invite you to linger over your meal.
