Situated at an altitude of 658 metres near Sonceboz, the Nidau farmhouse will delight lovers of nature and country cooking. The farm is mainly involved in livestock and dairy farming. The Bühler family will be delighted to welcome you for a drink or a carefully prepared regional dish. Warmth and friendliness are the watchwords of the house. You can enjoy regional products (fondues, sauerkraut, ham on the bone, bouchoyade in winter, sausages and country bacon), as well as farm products (meat, apple juice and brandy). The Assiette Chasseral (a 100% regional dish) is on the menu.
