International Chess Festival

The Biel Chess Festival, uninterrupted for over half a century, is a cornerstone of international chess. Held at the Kongresshaus in the heart of Biel, it offers more than ten diverse tournaments catering to all skill levels and preferences. Each year, over 700 players from around the globe gather to compete. This year, the renowned closed tournament will once again feature top-tier players battling in its unique and captivating triathlon format.
