In the vineyards surrounding Lake Biel, over 40 grape varieties have found their ideal home. The stunning contrast between the deep blue of the lake and the vibrant green of the vines delights walkers and visitors alike. It is in this exceptional setting that Michel and Claude Auberson carry on the family tradition at their wine estate, founded in 1954 by Jules Auberson in the medieval town of La Neuveville.
Driven by their desire to share their passion in a unique setting, they now welcome guests on “L’Éphémère”, a warm and unusual terrace nestled in the heart of their vineyards.
