This funicular carries visitors from Ligerz through the wonderful vineyards to Prêles.

The «vinifuni» takes visitors up from Ligerz through picturesque vine yards to Prêles. The «vinifuni» is the only funicular to depart from a German-speaking village (Ligerz) and arrive in a French-speaking village (Prêles). Prêles is the starting point for wonderful walks and bike tours on the plateau, to the Chasseral or for a walk through the Twannbach gorge.

    • From 21 to 23 September 2026, the Ligerz–Prêles funicular will be out of service due to maintenance work.
    • During this interruption, passengers can use the regular PostBus lines 134/135 via Twann, as well as replacement buses on certain routes.
