Baking workshops for people with a sweet tooth.
Participants can learn more about the world of desserts. Mr Haefeli, the pastry chef, teaches a variety of workshops, including how to make macarons and "modern tarts". The way the workshop is held makes it easy for participants to reproduce the recipes at home. At the end of the workshop, everyone takes home their creations.
