En Adret

En Adret brings the flavours of the Alps to the heart of the Jura. Located in the Caveau du Phénix in Porrentruy, it’s a place where craftsmanship, conviviality and tradition come together to create authentic, flavourful moments.

Alpine cheeses, melting raclette, cured meats, sausages, traditional fondues (Glareyarde available on request): each product is carefully selected for its quality, local origin and artisanal production. The offering is completed by fine wines, liqueurs, fruit brandies and homemade syrups – all local and full of character.

Visitors can enjoy a raclette or fondue in the tasting area, share a cheese or charcuterie board, or book a cosy evening with friends (from 6 people). En Adret also offers tailored services: equipment rental (rechauds, fondue pots), home service, private tastings and events for companies or groups.

For those seeking nature and authenticity, multi-day hiking stays are also available: 2 to 7-day treks through the Ajoie, with simple accommodation, hearty local meals, visits and encounters. A perfect way to combine nature, culture and regional flavours.
