EDDIE isn't a fan of half measures. The energy level of their concerts is comparable to that of Popeye after eating a large portion of spinach. Rooted in the Berlin underground scene, the three members of the band navigate between explosive and catchy punk (I Killed The President), melancholic and expressive alternative (Friends) and soft ballads (Name Of My Love), tackling themes such as menstruation, police violence, mental health, masculinity and heartbreak. Their album Ambivalence is a tribute to their musical influences such as Amyl and the Sniffers, The Beatles, Bad Brains and Dead Kennedys, as well as other Berlin bands such as Banana of Death, Goldzilla and Riot Spears.
Immerse yourself in the world of Johnnyloop, a unique experience combining introspective lyrics, raw energy and wild harmonica riffs. On stage, it's direct, punchy and tailor-made for partying, offering total immersion in a powerful and uncompromising soundscape. Johnnyloop, where intensity dances with fury.
In concert, MidNight One is sweat, pogo dancing and tenderness. With their new EP ‘Why No Riot?’, released in October 2024 and recorded by Ludovic Volper (Méandre, Fluffy Machine, Dusk), the band confirms its rage and love. The quartet's incisive riffs and refined melodies combine to create an abrasive atmosphere that makes you want to stamp your feet and move.
