Raclette and winter go hand in hand. On the boat, raclette tastes especially good. A mixed salad, potatoes and various side dishes are available. You can also order a mixed meat platter with dried meat, cured ham, air-dried bacon and smoked sausage. The raclette cruise can also be booked as a private charter.
