The Payerne estates own two wine cellars: the K'VO in the Reine Berthe cellars in Payerne and the Caveau de Montagny cellar in the vineyards of the Château de Montagny.

    • The K'VO in Payerne: Wine tastings and theme evenings. Open on the last Fridays of the month from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Monday: 9ham - 12pm, Thursday: 5pm - 7pm, Friday: 9am - 12pm, 5pm- 7pm, Saturday: 9am- 112.30pm
    • The Caveau de Montagny: on request.
