In Twann, Silou Wines welcomes visitors for a warm tasting experience where the authenticity of the terroir meets an artisanal and nature-respecting approach. In this intimate setting, you will taste five carefully selected wines, each shaped by the character of the soils and the precise work carried out both in the vineyard and in the cellar, accompanied by a delicious winemaker’s plate.
The estate follows a simple philosophy: creating wines that bring joy, both to those who craft them and to those who enjoy them. Production focuses on the essentials — respecting nature, working with precision and avoiding unnecessary compromises.

- The tasting is not exclusive. 50 places are available per time slot; therefore, you may share the experience with other music groups.
- Meeting place
- SiLOU Wines Tschanz, Bielweg 32, 2512 Alfermée
- Bus: Line no. 11 from Biel/Bienne railway station towards Rebenweg. Get off at the terminus Rebenweg, then allow approx. 15 minutes on foot.
- Train: Biel/Bienne–Tüscherz line, stop Tüscherz. Then 15 to 20 minutes on foot.
- Coach: Access by coach is possible, but not directly to the estate. A walk of approx. 5 minutes is required.
