This pleasant hike, accessible to all, follows the stream of Chalière through the forest.

Nestled in the hills around Moutier, the gorges of Perrefitte invite hikers for a pleasant walk in the forest. The start is in the village of the same name. The tour, which makes a loop, is well marked and leads the walkers by natural paths and wooden stairs through the gorges to the pastures of the heights of Moutier. The gorges have a mystical atmosphere and are surprisingly cool along the way. The Gault&Millau awarded restaurant "L'Étoile" awaits the visitor for a good meal at the end.
