CHARBONNADE
The restaurant de l'Ours offers charbonnade of beef, cooked over coal. The meat is selected by Nyffeler, a butchery in Moutier.

WINE CELLAR
Choose the wine to accompany your meal. The selection of wines is made in collaboration with the local wine merchant Oli-vins.

BAR AREA
A selection of wines by the glass will be proposed for the aperitif, on Thursday and Friday, from 4pm. To accompany your glass of red wine or spirit at the end of the evening, a choice of cigars will be proposed.

CHARBONNADE
On the menu, the (Swiss) beef charbonnade is accompanied by :

- Salad
- Provençal vegetables
- Home-made sauces
